1.     Dropbox - Dropbox is so simple. It makes you wonder why you didn't think of it yourself. When you sign up for an account, you're given a virtual box to drop anything you like into. It's password-protected and free with 2GB worth of storage.

5.     Wunderlist - This free app for iOS will keep you organized in the most basic way possible – a to-do list. The Smart Lists hide what doesn’t need to be shown and recurring tasks and sub-tasks are simple to create.



6.     Bump - Being able to quickly share information is key to organization and the simplest way to do that is with the free Bump app for iPhone and Android. Share contacts, calendars, files and photos wirelessly from one phone to another.


7.     Keep In Touch – Keep In touch is free cloud based Customer Relationship Management and Database management application. Businesses can store and segregate their entire data on this application without having a fear of losing their data. One can also incorporate a customer loyal programme through this application. The app will notify owners about upcoming birthdays, anniversary and other important events from their client database. The owner can then choose to send Cakes, Chocolates, Greetings, Bouquets, SMS, email, gifts, etc. from the application directly to the customer all in a single click.
